Information you share

We collect the contact details and information you submit through our forms, including mortgage goals, property details, financial estimates, messages, and referral information. We store inquiry records, the submitted form details, source attribution, and follow-up status.

If you sign in, we store account details, sign-in verification records, and sessions. Realtor workspaces also store profile information and saved tool documents. Publishing an open-house page makes its selected listing and contact information public through its link.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to requests, prepare mortgage conversations, manage inquiries, provide workspace tools, and understand how visitors find and use the site. Inquiry details may be included in email notifications to our team. We may send an acknowledgment and automated follow-ups for eligible inquiries, starting after 3 days and again 7 days after the first follow-up if the inquiry is still marked new.

We do not sell your personal information. You can contact us to ask us to stop follow-up emails.

Document uploads and AI

Quote Match sends your original Loan Estimate PDF and your name, email address, and phone number through Resend to our team's email inbox for review. The attachment may contain financial and personal information. This website does not automatically delete that email attachment from our inbox. Email delivery providers may also retain processing records under their own policies.

Our inspection and contract tools send rendered document page images through our servers to Anthropic for AI processing. Inspection analysis also sends extracted text. Documents may contain names, addresses, and other personal information. Only upload documents you are authorized to share, and remove sensitive information that the tool does not need.

The inspection tool saves up to 5 recent analysis sessions in this browser. These include filenames, summaries, repair selections, price edits, and any names, addresses, or notes entered for the exhibit. The original PDF and page images are not saved in this browser history. You can remove saved sessions in the tool or clear this site's browser data. We also use an in-memory server cache of derived summaries with a 15-minute reuse period.

Anthropic handles API inputs and outputs under its own retention terms and exceptions. See its commercial data retention policy. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline for provider-held copies.

Service providers

• Neon hosts our database, including inquiries, accounts, workspace profiles, and saved documents.
• Resend delivers notifications, sign-in links, acknowledgments, and follow-up emails.
• Anthropic processes document content for our AI tools.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides web analytics.

Cookies and usage data

Our first-party referral cookie lasts up to 30 days and records how you arrived, such as a campaign, referring site, or landing page. We attach that source information to inquiries. Signed-in features also use authentication cookies. You can control cookies in your browser, though blocking them may affect sign-in and other features.

Vercel Analytics measures page visits and actions such as contact clicks and form completion. Our conversion events exclude form contents, borrower identifiers, and loan financial fields. The inspection tool also records repair categories, price adjustments, and analysis coverage warnings to improve its cost references. Those records exclude report text, names, and addresses.

Retention and requests

The website does not automatically delete inquiry, account-profile, or saved workspace records on a fixed schedule. Authentication sessions and sign-in links have separate expiry periods. Clearing browser storage does not delete records held by us or our providers.

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are subject to applicable law and any recordkeeping requirements; we cannot promise that every record can be deleted immediately.
